On my blog last week I suggested HM Revenue &amp; Customs could start making use of Twitter by creating a userid for the old ad campaign mascot, Hector The Inspector; it could be a cute way to remind people when to submit their tax returns.

Sadly, the &#039;hectortheinspector&#039; userid remains unclaimed. :(
